Kier Construction selected KHM as the specialist envelope contractor to supply & install both VM Zinc angled Seam cladding using eye catching Pigmento Green zinc, and Scotts Charred Kebony rainscreen timber cladding, with its unique and beautiful finish.
A building described as been built to “high environmental standards” required the Kingsley team to use all its skill & resources to ensure the architect & local councils plans were achieved.
KHM designed, supplied & installed a fully non-combustible substrate to the zinc cladding areas in line with VM Zinc guidelines & the FTMRC Guide to Good Practice.
The scheme was also very fire safety conscious meaning the expert knowledge of Kingsley was required to ensure full building safety act compliance & quality assurance measures implemented.
