Installed precision-fabricated Rheinzink red standing seam cladding on two triplex houses, realising the architect's vision and blending with neighbouring buildings.
This new build residential project comprises two new houses or ‘triplex apartments’ with external balconies and terraces. Inspired by the colours of nature, Rheinzink Prismo Red standing seam cladding panels complement London Stock Brick walls. The unique design of this property and careful choice of materials ensures it integrates beautifully with its neighbours – a two-storey Victorian house to one side and a 12-storey tower block to the other.
Kingsley Hard Metals were appointed by the Architect client to install the Rheinzink Prismo Red standing seam cladding and non combustible build up comprising Obex Cortex breather membrane and D32 galvanised steel deck.
Internal balconies, projecting bay windows, tapered reveals, curved standing seam details all required careful and precise handling. This complex and detailed project required many areas of the cladding works to be fabricated in situ to ensure made-to-measure accuracy and finish.
Aesthetically, the client had a clear picture of what they wanted to achieve. Our installing team worked closely with the architect team throughout the project to ensure the final build reflected their original vision.
