A new-build of 80 luxury apartments in Birmingham elegantly wrapped in Prefa aluminium rhomboid shingles.
Aluminium RoofingArranged over nine levels, and containing 80 apartments, this new build luxury residential development creates a stunning silhouette on Birmingham’s skyline. Overlooking the city, it’s contemporary saw tooth roof, housing ‘executive sky lofts’ was finished in metallic silver Prefa aluminium rhomboid shingles, reflecting the industrial heritage of the area.
Shingle cladding to the frontage emphasises the duplex apartments and wraps elegantly around the east and west elevations.
Kingsley Hard Metals were appointed by the main contractor to install the saw-tooth shingle roofing and shingle façade cladding works along with all associated non-combustible build-up works.
The project also included the installation of white 3mm PPC aluminium cassette panel cladding to the ground floor.
